The Bihar Education Policy Center is now called Education Policy Institute of Bihar - बिहार शिक्षा नीति संस्थान.
The reason is that the former name's acronym overlapped with that of a government entity, the Bihar Education Project Council.
Everything else stays equal, just like a gate change as the airport.
